Your smile was mesmerizing, I knew you were in glee.
You called my name and waved at me,
Amidst your jittery voice even you were trying to sound slaphappy.
I remember when you held my hand,
And when you run you fingers on my hair strands...
I felt a breeze that run into my spine,
You made me feel very special...
You stood by my side when I needed you,
Held my hand when gravity leads me to the blue,
Lifted me when my soul grieves and mourns to the inconsolable sooth,
Made me laugh through my darkest shoots.
Withal the ordeals that tried to devastate us,
Those years they have taken from us,
And moments they took that will never come back,
You never desolated me until we found the right track...
The haste of time,
The sound of chime,
The taste of pine
I remember these things when I count my dimes...
I tried to make all things rhyme,
But I daresay, this poem is for you my chum.
I'll do my best for this is quite a bum,
Though I know this will make you cry down.
I couldn't ponder anymore words to fit,
All I want to say is that, I wish no one will ever fleet,
Even in forlorn and squalls we'll stand on our feet
For you are my memoir, my downfall and my feat.
