Batac National High School Payao Campus
We, the nursing students of Mariano Marcos State University conducted a seminar on mental health through stress management. Our audience were selected 3rd year and 4th year high school students of BNHS Payao Campus. The seminar went good and the students told us that they have learned something from us.

It was really a nice experience-- sharing our knowledge to others and hoping that it will help them on their lives, especially that some of them are going to college.
